August 2025 will be my 15th year returning to Brora and the area. I live full-time otherwise in Georgia, USA. Each year I check into my apartment and immediately drive out to Loch Brora where I find peace and know that I am home in Scotland. I take many trips out there to walk, take photos, and just inhale the air in the space and the beauty and the sunlight. I cannot imagine destroying the space with pylons in any direction. Of all the places I've been in the Highlands on endless drives and walks,
Loch Brora is by far one of the most beautiful. Please find another way to deal with the need for power. I shall be heartbroken on the day I find this beauty destroyed.
