As a small Rural hamlet in Aberdeenshire Leylodge is being bombarded with 10 energy projects from Substation to Hydrogen plant ( biggest in Europe ) 7 Bess within a mile and a solar farm along with Kintore to Tealing OHL .
This is all mostly within 0.5 miles long and same wide . We are feeling as a community there is no one listening to us and the word NIMBYs being used far and wide . The effect on our mental health and physical health is starting to show now on a few people . I want them all to listen and give us the truth on things but all we get is lies upon lies and it’s so hard dealing with 7 different companies all in one go . We only have a small committee and it’s a 24/7 job for the 3 of us doing everything .
I want to just go tell all to just go and leave us alone and want to go shout at councils and government in Scotland and England and tell them we don’t need it so go away .
It’s heart breaking and nobody cares. Thanks for letting me sound off but anyone willing to protest please let me know.
