Successive governments tout themselves as working to reduce our negative effect on climate change with Net Zero policies; they listen only to the energy providing companies who in turn listen only to their profit margins and shareholders. What they do not listen to is nature and it's perfectly balanced systems that maintain equilibrium. Building huge energy structures on and through that balance will create the damage not lessen it. Our land maintains the carbon balance. It seems yet again that Scotland has to pay the price of the imbalance of power and greed maintained by governments, corporations and hierachy that have no knowledge or understanding of what the true value the land of this area has to offer. Let's have innovative development of thought and research into our energy, that does not pillage and plunder the Highlands for profit with no regard. Please!
