This project is unnecessary. There is more than enough electricity produced in our part of the Highlands to fulfil local needs, and to export to other regions.
Environmentally i suspect it will involve great damage to local eco-systems - not to mention the damage done transporting (by road?) the necessary eqquipment and materials.
