This is my landscape, our wild landscape and it is being destroyed bit by bit without any discussion or permission from us who live here and who count on its beauty for our wellbeing.
I am an artist whose work is totally inspired by the ecology, beauty, geology, archaeology and heritage of this magical (and up to now protected) place. There are other more suitable places that could take the pylons; in my view there are two good options - a network of small scale community turbines that provide power for villages and townships where the power is generated and consumed locally and secondly sub sea that has virtually no visual affect on our precious wild land.
